How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within 2 minutes.

How do I set up direct deposit?

In your dashboard, go to Account Settings and copy your routing and account numbers. Provide these to your employer or payment source.

How do I dispute a transaction?

Navigate to the transaction in your transaction history, click on it, and select 'Dispute This Transaction'. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Is my money FDIC insured?

Yes. All VetInsBank deposits are insured by the FDIC up to $250,000 per depositor, per account category.

How do I file an insurance claim?

Log in to your dashboard, go to Insurance, and click 'File a Claim'. Alternatively, call our 24/7 claims line at 1-800-839-4672.

Can I have a joint account?

Yes. You can add a joint account holder from within your account settings. The co-holder must also be a VetInsBank member or complete a brief enrollment.
